　Yabusame Technology, a group of middle and high school students, has started crowdfunding for holding events and public relations activities, which is part of the educational model 'STEM education'.

■ Activities of Yabusame Technology

　Yabusame Technology is a cross-school group of middle and high school students working to disseminate STEM education. Our main focus is on promoting students, diversity, and STEM education, and we strive to run teams, led by middle and high school students.
　As one of our activities, we are challenging the international Robocon. Last year, when he participated in the 'First Tech Challenge' (commonly known as 'FTC'), he was ranked 6th out of 36 divisions in Division.
　In addition, we are also focusing on popularization activities in Japan, and are engaged in various initiatives such as holding workshops that are closely related to the local community and interacting with domestic companies.
　At the 'Space x Robot' event hosted by Kanagawa Prefecture in March of this year, we announced our activities to many companies and the general public.

■ What is STEM Education?

　STEM education is an educational model that develops problem-solving skills and creativity by learning across the four fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in order to discover and solve complex problems in the real world. With the rapid development of AI and IoT, social change is drastic, and it is difficult to deal with only a single field of knowledge.

■ Future activities

　Yabusame Technology intends to further increase the promotion of STEM education in order to advance education in Japan.
　But that requires a lot of money. Specifically, preparation fees for teaching materials for workshops, venue fees, public relations expenses, etc. We are a student-centred group and it is difficult to cover all of these funds on our own.
　Therefore, we launched crowdfunding with the support of the general public who understand our activities.
　Incorporating and promoting STEM education into Japan's education will produce excellent human resources who will lead the future of Japan in a society where IT will become more advanced in the future.
　We will unite and work for the future of education in Japan. We are looking forward to your support.
