Participated in Sumida Steam Fes!

On January 11, 2026, Yabusame Technology participated in Sumida Steam Fes 2025.

Although it was positioned as a pre-tournament, we were able to play multiple matches in the actual tournament format, and it was a valuable experience as a team.

Result

Out of all 12 teams, they passed the qualifying rounds.
Since it was within the top 8 teams, we advanced to the final tournament.
Since Alliance's nomination has come around, we nominated 'HIROO ROBOTICS' and fought together.

The final ranking is 3rd out of 4 Alliance.
Although they won the first round, they lost in the quarterfinals and lost the first round of the loser resurrection league.

Local situation

The members of each team were active in the field, and it was very lively.

In the pits, many teams had repeated adjustments, and none of the teams had much leeway.
Even if it was a strong team, there were times when problems occurred with robots.
In particular, there were many teams that were not working, and many of them were obstructed.

Thoughts on robots

I think I was able to do better than I expected.
The suspension moved stably and I was able to fight with other teams.

Even if the injection part did not move well, I was able to improve the ranking by devoting myself to the interference of the enemy team.

However, there is a problem that the results are greatly influenced by the team of fellow teams because the injection part does not move stably.
In addition, there was a loss or drop of robot parts.
Lack of strategy and lack of understanding of the rules was a challenge for the future.

After the pre-competition

I feel that this SUMIDA STEM FES was a great opportunity as part of the preparations for the tournament.
From qualifying to playoff, we were able to experience the flow of actual battles and the atmosphere unique to the tournament, and gained experience as a team.
It was a great achievement for the team that we were able to experience the game in a form close to the official game, including the experience of competing as an Alliance.

Taking advantage of this experience, we will continue to prepare for future competitions.
We will work together to make the best possible performance.
